Payment and refunds

Standard is $500 total; premium express is $1,250 total, paid once. No discretionary refunds for a change of mind. Applicable legal rights and payment-provider protections remain. Your purchase covers the agreed one-hour conversation and Discord invitation. Receiving information or joining Discord does not replace the conversation.

Scope, scheduling, and Discord

Your selected tier, total price, fixed call date, Discord membership duration, invitation timing, server rules, mentor participation, and rescheduling terms are confirmed in writing before payment. Standard scheduling follows mutual availability. Express is optional and requires a real appointment earlier than the standard option offered. This package includes one conversation. Any separate tools or subscriptions require a separate agreement.

The questionnaire and your information

After enrollment, allow about 20–25 minutes before your call. Your answers help the mentor prepare the teaching. Share relevant experience, sanitized examples, tools, and learning preferences. Optional questions can be skipped, and missing details can be discussed on the call. Do not send secrets or private customer data.
